Who does the Policy apply to?

What will we do?

We will make sure that all our staff and sub-contractors are aware of our Equal Opportunities Policy, and where applicable will make them aware of their responsibilities.

It is recognised that each individual shall have the opportunity to access training and to receive fair treatment. Every effort will be made to allow individuals with particular needs to access and receive training. No individual shall be disadvantage in regard to training or fair treatment.

Allowing each individual the opportunity to express their opinion and given encouragement to share experiences and ideas with others will create the opportunity for improvement and development whether it be work related or personal. Each individual shall be encouraged to achieve their own personal and work related goals.
