A significant part of the problem is also the drivers. As a driver himself, our trainer Nick is well aware that following a 10 hour drive, the last thing a driver wants to do is take a couple of mile run. At the end of a 15 hour day, does the driver cook a meal or does he go to the local fast food joint?
The Driver Welfare course aims to give the skills and information to live a healthier life on the road.

- Fatigue
- Driver Fitness
This course is suitable for Large Goods Vehicle and Passenger Carrying Vehicle drivers but may also be of use to operators of vans and car based delivery services.
Driver CPC
This module is approved for 3.5 hours of Driver CPC periodic training and must be taken in conjunction with another module. Driver CPC hours are only credited to holders of a valid C1, C, D, C+ E and D+E licence.
