Fuel Efficient Driving & Driver Welfare
In the morning of this 7 hour Driver CPC Periodic Training Course we look at the techniques and best practice to achieve improved fuel efficiency. Concentrating on an EcoSafe driving approach, this course develops awareness and planning skills to reduce risk and fuel consumption side by side.
The afternoon session is focused on the driver. Discussing diet, fitness, mental health and more. A healthy driver is not only more productive in the vehicle but will have a better quality of rest and relaxation. More energy to spend time with the family and a better work/life balance, along with reducing work stress, is another key to being a safer driver.
Completion of both the morning and the afternoon session is required to credit a 7 hour block of Driver CPC periodic training. This course is open to both LGV and PCV drivers.
